ElizhV pieces are prepared through print-on-demand fulfillment. This means each item is produced after an order is placed.

When placing an order, please understand that production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on fulfillment, carrier, destination, season, and product availability.

All orders are subject to availability. If a piece is no longer available, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, changes may not always be possible.

If you need to request a change after placing an order, please contact ElizhV as soon as possible.

If the order has already entered production or shipment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Payment is processed securely at checkout through Stripe.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Because each piece is unique or made to order, returns are not available, except when an item arrives damaged or defective.

ElizhV is not able to take responsibility for failed delivery, returned packages, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact ElizhV within 7 days of receiving it with your order details and photos of the issue.

ElizhV will review the issue carefully before confirming whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution applies.
