Privacy Policy

Contact form: name, email address, and the content of your message, used to respond to your inquiry and, for order-related messages, to review order support requests.

Newsletter: email address, used to send studio letters to subscribers who opt in.

Orders: name, shipping address, and email address, collected through Stripe Checkout and used to fulfill and confirm your order. Full payment card information is entered directly with Stripe and is never received or stored by ElizhV.

Information is used to process and fulfill orders, send order confirmations and, where applicable, shipping updates, respond to contact form messages and order support requests, and, if you have opted in, send occasional studio letters.

ElizhV uses a small number of service providers to operate this website and fulfill orders: Stripe for payment processing, Printify for print production and fulfillment, Netlify for website hosting and the contact form, Supabase for storing newsletter subscriber email addresses, and Resend for sending newsletter and order-related emails.

Each provider processes information only as needed to perform its service, and may process or store information on servers located outside Canada.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ElizhV does not receive or store full payment card information. Please never send full payment card information by email, through the contact form, or on social media.

Information is kept for as long as needed to fulfill an order, respond to a message, or maintain an active newsletter subscription, and afterward for as long as reasonably required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or order support reasons. Newsletter subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe.

You may request to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent to future newsletter emails, at any time by reaching out through the Contact page or by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. Some information may need to be retained even after such a request, for the legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or order support reasons described above.
