Collector Guide
Everything you need to know about collecting an original ElizhV artwork.
Each original is a one-of-one piece, created by hand. This guide covers how it’s prepared, packaged, shipped, and cared for once it leaves the studio.
Before You Collect
Every original is unique. Minor textures, natural variations, and handmade marks are part of the artwork itself, not flaws. Colors may also vary slightly between screens and the physical piece, so please read the artwork’s description and dimensions carefully before purchasing.
Each original ships framed. Because photographs are enlarged to show detail and texture, the framed piece may differ slightly in scale and proportion from its image. Exact dimensions are listed with each artwork.
Authenticity & Signature
Every original is created and signed by hand by Vanessa E. Briceño. No reproductions are sold as originals. Signature placement may vary depending on the composition.
Certificate of Authenticity
Each original includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming the title, medium, dimensions, year, and artist.
Packaging & Shipping
Each piece is packaged individually, using archival materials to protect it during transit, and ships from British Columbia, Canada. Tracking is provided whenever available; delivery times vary by destination.
Customs & Duties
International collectors may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the artwork price.
Caring for Your Artwork
Avoid direct sunlight
Avoid excessive humidity
Frame using archival materials whenever possible
Handle with clean, dry hands
If Your Order Needs Attention
If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within seven days, with photographs of the packaging, the shipping label, and the damage. If it arrives incorrect, or a shipment appears lost in transit, reach out with your order details.
Each situation is reviewed individually. Once reviewed, I’ll confirm whether a repair, replacement, or refund applies. Please hold onto the artwork and its packaging unless asked to send it back.
Returns
Because every original is one of a kind, sales are final. Returns are accepted only if an artwork arrives damaged in transit.
Ownership
Purchasing an original transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright remains with the artist, and the work may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
