Print Guide

Every print is produced after your order is placed. No inventory is kept, which reduces waste while ensuring each print is made specifically for you.

Every print begins as an original, hand-created artwork, carefully digitized to preserve the character of the hand-drawn piece.

Prints are produced using archival printing with color-managed production, on premium cotton blend canvas coated for lasting color and clarity, designed for long-term display.

Any frame shown in photographs is for inspiration only, unless otherwise noted.

Production begins once your order is placed, and shipping follows once production is complete. Processing times vary. Prints ship from the production partner, with tracking provided whenever available.

ElizhV currently ships to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Neither ElizhV nor the production partner can take responsibility for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Buyers outside Canada may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the print price.

All sales are final except when an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive. Please contact contact.elizhv@gmail.com within seven days of delivery, or within seven days of the expected delivery date for a missing order. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable. Please keep the item and packaging until the review is complete. Eligible print orders may be resolved through a replacement or refund. Original artwork may be resolved through a full refund, partial refund, or repair, depending on the circumstances. An original artwork cannot be replaced with an identical work. Please do not return an item unless ElizhV has provided instructions.
