ElizhV pieces are prepared through print-on-demand fulfillment. Because each item is made after an order is placed, returns and exchanges are not available for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Our Policy

Returns are only possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact ElizhV within 7 days of receiving your order at contact.elizhv@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a clear photo of the full item, a close-up photo of the damage, defect, or incorrect item, photos of the packaging if the package arrived damaged, and a short description of the issue.

After reviewing the case, ElizhV will confirm whether a replacement or refund applies.

Please hold onto the item unless ElizhV asks you to send it back.

Refund or Replacement Review

Refunds and replacements are reviewed case by case. Each situation is looked at carefully alongside the order details and supporting photos before the next step is confirmed.

Change of Mind

Because ElizhV pieces are produced after the order is placed, returns and exchanges are not available for change of mind, personal preference, or an accidental selection.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. ElizhV is not able to take responsibility for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If an order is returned or delayed due to an address issue, ElizhV will look into the situation before confirming next steps.
