Shipping
ElizhV offers two kinds of work. Original artworks are one-of-one pieces, prepared and shipped by the artist from British Columbia, Canada. Prints are produced through made-to-order fulfillment after each order is placed.
Original Artworks
Original artworks are packaged by hand using archival materials and shipped from British Columbia, Canada. Tracking is provided whenever available, and delivery times vary by destination.

Prints
Each print is produced after your order is placed, then moves through printing, quality review, and shipment. Because every print is made to order, production times vary, and an exact production or delivery date can’t be promised.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and any service interruptions. The most current information will be in your order confirmation, shipping confirmation, or tracking details once available.
Tracking
Tracking becomes available once a shipping label has been created. Updates may take a little time to appear after the carrier collects the package, so if tracking hasn’t moved yet, allow some time for the carrier to process the shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. ElizhV is not able to take responsibility for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice a mistake after placing an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipment, address changes may no longer be possible.
Delays
Some delays, including carrier issues, weather, and customs, are outside of ElizhV's control. If something seems wrong with your shipment, please reach out and I'll review the order carefully.
