ElizhV pieces are prepared through print-on-demand fulfillment. Each item is produced after an order is placed, allowing the work to be prepared with care rather than held as inventory.
Processing and Fulfillment
After an order is placed, it moves into production. During this time, the item is prepared for printing, quality review, and shipment.
Because each item is made after the order is placed, production time may vary. ElizhV is not able to provide an exact production or delivery date.
Shipping and Delivery
Production and shipping are separate steps. An order is passed to the carrier once production is complete.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and any service interruptions.
The most current delivery information will be in your order confirmation, shipping confirmation, or tracking details once available.
Tracking Updates
Tracking information becomes available once a shipping label has been created.
Tracking updates may take a little time to appear after the label is created or after the package is collected by the carrier. If tracking has not updated yet, please allow some time for the carrier to process the shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
ElizhV is not able to take responsibility for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, please contact ElizhV as soon as possible. If the order has already entered production or shipment, address changes may no longer be possible.
Carrier Delays
Some delays, including carrier delays, weather, customs, or other service interruptions, are outside of ElizhV's control.
